What a fantastic service! I was in something of a panic having lost a fish which had died quite suddenly with another showing similar symptoms. I sent out an SOS to the Koi Clinic and Dean got in touch within a few hours. He was at my house (some 3 hours drive from where he’s based) two days later at 0830 in the morning and he had the problem sorted by lunchtime! He came with all his own equipment in order to test for every possible contaminent from Ammonia to Zinc and every parasite from Argulus to Whitespot (I’m not sure if there are any parasites beginning with X, Y or Z but I’m sure Dean would’ve tested for them in any event). His knowledge and expertise is superb and he shares this with you freely and without making you feel like an idiot (I’m very capable of doing that all by myself). Without Dean’s help I think I would have spent an enormous amount of time, effort and money trying to get to the bottom of what was going on, not succeeding and probably losing my entire stock of fish in the process. The Koi Clinic is worth every penny it costs you and then some – their charges are superb value!! If you have a problem with your pond or your fish you will not get a better value service anywhere else. Thanks again Dean ?
