After so much conflicting advice from koi shops nd others I luckily found dean, I knew he meant business wen he wheeled in all his gear, spent 3 hours with us and identified 4 different parasites in my pond, he explained things so well and his depth of knowledge was remarkable, I rattled so many questions at him nd he gave me all the answers I needed to get over the problems we’ve got and what’s caused them, i was falling out of love with this hobby tbh but we’ve a plan going forward now thanks to him, he’s defo the man nd I’m not asking fr advice from any other source onwards , ps he likes tea and cream cakes, I could go on with positives, give him a call, super honest and not expensive regarding he travelled 2 hours on Easter Friday to visit us 👌
