What can I say about this guy… amazing 5* customer service, came to my home late on Monday as an emergency! (I live in south Northumberland so not a 2 minute drive away) I was loosing 2 of my babies after already loosing some and given bad advice on how to treat! I knew I had to act to save them and very fortunate I did! After scrapes revealed my pond has 3 of the 4 killer parasites!!! If it wasn’t for Dean and his expert advice and guidance I was going to loose them all! Currently half way through treatments and they seem to be doing well now.

I cannot thank not recommend Dean highly enough! Worth every penny to get the correct advice and very reasonable
